This year's conference theme is "Unashamed-My Story/His Glory". Throughout this conference, our speakers will challenge men to uphold Biblical Manhood in every aspect of their lives.
We are excited to invite you, the men in your church, and all men in our surrounding area to join us for our Third Annual Moberly Men's Conference to be held at First Baptist Church Moberly, MO on Saturday June 27th from 8-3pm.

Trevor Sudheimer, Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church, Houston MO
Pastor Trevor has been the Lead Pastor of FBC Houston since January 2023. He married his beautiful wife, Sarah, June 2012 and they just had their first baby, Judah, March 1st. Trevor and his wife both grew up in Houston and absolutely love their community. A few more ways Trevor spends his time is raising angus cattle with his dad, hunting, and coaching girls basketball for Houston Schools. Trevor has been in the ministry since 2006. He began as a youth director during his senior year of high school and hasn't looked back since!
Brandon Smith, Head Pastor/Founder of Paradise Outfitter Ministries
Pastor Brandon Smith is the Founder and Head Pastor of Paradise Outfitter Ministries in Oak Grove, MO. He has been married to his lovely wife, Joanna, for over 30 years. She is a local teacher and very involved in the ministry of Paradise Outfitter Ministries. Brandon's dad knew the importance of keeping him and his brother close during their teen years, so his dad bought a boat for fishing and skiing. His dad would take him out of school on Monday's (his day off) to spend the day on the water. Brandon enjoyed the times when they would sit on the boat and talk about life, family, and faith. As his love for the outdoors continued to grow, his time began to be divided into seasons: bow season, rifle season, turkey season, and fishing season. The outdoors has been a great way for his family to continue to grow closer with each other, with friends who love the outdoors, and our creator, Jesus Christ. Paradise Outfitter Ministries has brought two great passions together for him: teaching the Bible in a relevent way and a love for the outdoors.

Pastor Marcio is a prominent Brazilian evangelical leader serving as the senior pastor at the Primeira Igreja Batista na Região Norte de São José do Rio Preto (PIB Norte) in São Paulo, Brazil.
He is also the President of the Association of Baptist Churches of the Center-North of the State and a regional mobilizer for the Convention of Baptist Churches of the State of São Paulo (CBESP). ®
He frequently speaks on spiritual growth, family life, and evangelism, often pointing to principles like unconditional love. Pastor Biazi is actively involved in statewide Baptist assemblies and community outreach across the São José do Rio Preto region.
Josh Quarles - Worship Team Lead
Josh grew up on the mission field in Romania, where his love for music began. At age 13 he began learing to play the guitar and writing music. After high school, he attended a two-year Bible college program in Germany and the United Kingdom. Following college, Josh served as a worship leader at a small church on the coast of England and later at his home church in Romania for two years. In 2017, Josh moved back to the United States. He now serves on the worship team at First Baptist Moberly, where he is a member.
